Draft horse open show events are July 11, 12, 13, and 14. Call the Fair Office for details.
2026 LPCDHA Draft Horse Show
25th Annual
Dates: September 10-11-12, 2026
Location: La Porte County Fairgrounds, La Porte, IN 46350
This event draws features Belgian, Clydesdales & Percherons draft horses, and also includes Haflingers and draft ponies. There are classes for farm teams (not in fancy harness) and youth events. Halter events are held on both Thursday morning (Haflinger) and Saturday morning (Belgian, Percheron and Clydes).
